Cohesion is the tailor-made service that Alitalia offers  its customers. It is provided on a contract basis and  it  is based on joint dialogues among  the subjects  involved   in the service supply chain (Alitalia, the forwarder, the shipper). Alitalia has important references in this area and  is able to arrange special operating procedures upon request.

The product guarantees:

• Highest priority to available space (also on the basis of regularity and the confirmation of the shipments)
• Rates negotiated and guaranteed up to six months in advance
• Monitoring and performance reporting system  (Flown as Booked)
